About Me

I'm a PhD candidate in System and Networking group and C3 Lab at UC San Diego, advised by George Porter. I'm interested in datacenter systems and networks. I'm currently working on building sustainable data centers and more specifically on reducing data center carbon emissions.

In the past, I've worked on parallel network architecture in data centers to improve its scaling and energy efficiency, and contributed to the RotorNet project in circuit-switching research group. Prior to UCSD, I worked at Microsoft's Cloud Analytics Platform team, managing data catalog and job scheduling systems and procuring high-quality data lineage in the big data analytics framework.
