Social Media Prefetching on Mobile Devices

Develop an Android app, OFacebook, to recommend social content by leveraging social interaction strength features, such as likes, comments, and messages, and then scheduling the recommended contents in an energy-e cient manner.
Provide non-stop experience for users to enjoy social media content without expecting always-on network connectivity.
